Bhaskar, IAS - Temporary Advance of Rs.3,00,000/- to meet the expenses towards Purchase of Flat / Plot – Sanctioned – Orders – Issued. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SC.X) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 700 Dated:16.02.2012 Read : From the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No. CCT’s ref.M1/30/3012, dated 18/01/2012 along with application of Sri P.Bhakar, IAS. <<<>>> ORDER: Sri P. Bhaskar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner (CT), Visakhapatnam, in the reference read above has requested for sanction of temporary advance of Rs.3,00,000/- from the amount standing to the credit in his All India Service Provident Fund Account No.GA/60064 to meet expenses towards purchase of Flat/Plot. 2. Government after careful examination of the request of Sri P.Bhaskar, IAS, hereby accord sanction for a temporary advance of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) from the amount standing to the credit in his All India Service Provident Fund Account No.GA/60064. 3. The advance of Rs.3,00,000/- sanctioned to the Member of Service in Para (2) above shall be recovered in 36 monthly installments, i.e., 1st installment @ Rs.4,250/- and remaining 35 installments @ Rs.8,450/- per month under proviso to Rule 11 (1) of All India Services Provident Fund Rules, 1955. The recovery shall commence from the following month in which the advance is drawn. 4. The Drawing Officer, O/o Deputy Commissioner (CT), Visakhapatnam, is directed to ensure that the recovery of advance are made in regular installments and see that the same may be projected in the Last Pay Certificate of the Officer on his transfer. 6.
