bill for the months of December & January, 2012

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.695/- (Rupees Six
Hundred and Ninty Five only) to Sri Syed Azeemuddin, Newspaper Agent, Hyderabad,
towards the cost of newspapers, magazines and periodicals supplied to the Chief Secretary
to Government during the months of December & January, 2012.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052-Secretariat
General Services, MH 090-Secretariat, SH 04-General Administration Department, 130-
Office Expenses, 132-Other Office Expenses.”
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and
credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the individual’s SB Account
No.18090100000154, Bank of Baroda, Jubilee Hills Branch, Hyderabad, IFSC Code
BARBOJUBILE, MICR No.500012007.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in
force.
