Government (Protocol) during the month of January, 2012 - Sanction of expenditure
– Orders – Issued.

1) G.O.Ms.No.449, Genl. Admn. (OP.VII) Dept., dated 04/09/2006.
2) From Syed Azeemuddin, Newspaper Agent, Hyderabad bill for the
month of January, 2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.750/- (Rupees
Seven Hundred and Fifty only) to Sri Syed Azeemuddin, Newspaper Agent,
Hyderabad, towards the cost of newspapers, magazines and periodicals supplied to
the Special Secretary to Government (Protocol) during the month of January, 2012.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052-
Secretariat General Services, MH 090-Secretariat, SH 04-General Administration
Department, 130-Office Expenses, 132-Other Office Expenses.”
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and
credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the individual’s SB Account
No.18090100000154, Bank of Baroda, Jubilee Hills Branch, Hyderabad, IFSC Code
BARBOJUBILE, MICR No.500012007.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
rules in force.
