O R D E R: In the circumstances reported in the reference 4th read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.46,000/- (Rupees forty six thousand only) towards payment of fee to Sri A. Sudershan Reddy, Advocate General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh for having appeared in High Court of Andhra Pradesh in (4) Habeas Corpus Writ Petitions in connection with Preventive Detention Cases @ Rs.2,000/- per case per appearance on the dates as indicated in the Annexure to this order during the period from 11-2-2011 to 29-9-2011. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-1 above, shall be met from the funds allotted for the current financial year 2011-2012 under the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Sectt – SH(04) General Administration Department – 280 – Payments for professional services - 281 – Pleader’s fee ”. 3. The Advocate General, Andhra Pradesh, is hereby authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in Para-1 above, as per existing rules/orders on the subject and shall furnish the expenditure particulars to Government during the financial year 2011-12. 4. This order does not require concurrence of Finance Department, as the fee sanctioned in Para 1 above, is in accordance with the statutory provision in Paragraph 12 (1) (a) of the Advocate General (Duties, Leave and Remuneration) Order, 1961 and no departure from it is involved.
