Letter from Sri Sidda Raghava Rao, MLC dt.30.11.2011 with CMP No.4303/CMP -MM/2011, dt. 2.12.2011. *** O R D E R : In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued to provide Personal Assistant to M.L.C. on deputation upto the cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain conditions mentioned therein. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri Sidda Raghava Rao, MLC, has represented the Government that Sri T. Srinivasulu, Senior Assistant, O/o Special Deputy Collector, Veligonda Project Unit –V, Ongole is working as his Personal Assistant on deputation is promoted to the cadre of Deputy Tahsildar and relieved on 8.9.11. Further the individual is working as his Personal Assistant for the last 3 years and he is aware of all the correspondence related to him and his services are required to him in future. Hence, the Hon’ble Member has requested the Government to continue the services of Sri T. Srinivasulu, who is under order of promotion to the cadre of Deputy Tahsildar as his Personal Assistant, relaxing the G.O.Ms.No.473, General Administration (SR) Department, dt.4.7.2007. 3. After careful examination of the matter and in relaxation of the orders issued at para 4 (ii) of the G.O. 1st read above, Government hereby accord permission to the District Collector, Prakasam to appoint Sri T. Srinivasulu , Deputy Tahsildar, Ongole as Personal Assistant to Sri Sidda Raghava Rao, MLC, on deputation basis. 4.
