Integrated Broadcasting Private Limited, Hyderabad, Invoice No.333/2011-12, dt:31-05-2011 received on 02-02-2012. *** ORDER: In the letter 1st read above, Government have requested the i-News, Hyderabad to telecast two Scrolls of advertisement regarding Voter Awareness and Publicity Campaign through their channel on 07-05-2011 and 08-05-2011 in connection with Bye-Elections to 38- Kadapa Parliamentary Constituency & 248-Pulivendla Assembly Constituency held on 08-05-2011. Accordingly, M/s. Integrated Broadcasting Company Private Limited, Hyderabad has telecasted the Scrolls and furnished the bill for an amount of Rs.11,030/- including all taxes and requested for arranging payment. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.11,030/- (Rupees eleven thousand and thirty only) to M/s. Integrated Broadcasting Company Private Limited, Hyderabad towards the charges for telecasting two Scrolls of advertisement regarding Voter Awareness and Publicity Campaign through i-News channel on 07-05-2011 and 08-05-2011 in connection with Bye-Elections to 38- Kadapa Parliamentary Constituency & 248-Pulivendla Assembly Constituency held on 08-05-2011. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - MH 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses” and shall be met from out of the funds provided in B.E. 2011-2012 and released vide G.O. 2nd read above. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above in favour of “M/s.
