GAD.I) Dept., dt:t04-02-2012. ***** O R D E R: In the reference first & second read above, the Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue BRO and administrative sanction for 2nd quarter and also accord permission to utilize 3rd quarter budget provision in 2nd quarter for a total amount of Rs.13.50 lakhs under the head 520/521 – Purchases. 2. In the reference third read above, Government have issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 13.50 Lakhs (Rupees thirteen Lakhs and Fifty thousand only) under Non-Plan Scheme. 3. Government, after careful consideration hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 13.50 Lakhs (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) under the Head of Account “MH.2014 – Administration of Justice - M.H.116 – State Administrative Tribunals - S.H. (04) – Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal – 520/521- Purchases” under non-plan for third and fourth Quarters provision of Budget Estimate of 2011-2012, to the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the respect Head of Account as detailed in para 3 above and as per the orders issued in the reference third read above. 5. The Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter. 6. This Order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department vide their U.O.No:01307/32/Expr.GAD.I/12, dated: 4-2-2012.
