GAD.I) Department, dated: 04-02-2012. ***** O R D E R: Government vide G.O. 2nd read above have issued administrative sanction for purchase of three new vehicles at a maximum cost of Rs.10.00 lakhs each that is for an amount of Rs.30.00 (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only), for the use of the Members, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in relaxation of ban orders on purchase of vehicles and also in relaxation of Government Orders issued on economy measures vide G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM-I) Department, dated: 15-10-2011 read with G.O.Ms.No.170, Finance (W&M) Department, dated: 07-6-2005. 2. In the letter 3rd read above, the Registrar, A.P.A.T. has requested the Government to sanction additional funds for an amount of Rs.30.00 Lakhs towards purchase of three new vehicles under the head 510/512 –Motor Vehicles/Purchase of Motor Vehicles along with necessary Budget Release Order and to permit the Registry to draw the amount on A.C. Bill. 3. In the reference 4th read above, Government have issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 30.00 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) as additional funds under Non-Plan Scheme. 4. Government, after careful consideration hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.30.00 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) as additional funds for purchase of three new vehicles for the use of Hon’ble Members of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders. 5. The expenditure in this regard shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH.2014 – Administration of Justice - M.H.116 – State Administrative Tribunal - S.H. (04) – Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal – 510/512 – Purchase of Motor Vehicles” 6. The Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish necessary particulars for supplementary grant during 2011-2012 at appropriate time to the Finance (Expr.
