In continuation of the orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 49 of the F.Rs., readwith Rule 10(b) of I.A.S. (Pay) Rules, 2007, for payment of additional pay calculated at 1/10th of his officiating pay to Dr.S.Chellappa, I.A.S.(AP:79), for having held full additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary to Government (Cultural Affairs), Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department in addition to his regular post of Additional Director General, Dr.MCR HRDI of A.P for the period from 29-09-2011 to 21-12-2011. 2. The aggregate of pay and additional pay of Dr.S.Chellappa, I.A.S. (AP:79) shall not exceed Rs.80,000/- per month. 3.
