As per Rule 49 F.R. an officer is eligible for sanction of Additional Pay not more than six months in a continuous period of post held in addition to his regular post. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 49 of the F.Rs., readwith Rule 10(b) of I.A.S. (Pay) Rules, 2007, for payment of additional pay calculated at 1/5th & 1/10th of his officiating pay to Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash, I.A.S (2002), Joint Collector, Kurnool, for having held full additional charge of the post of Additional Joint Collector, Kurnool in addition to his regular post of Joint Collector, Kurnool during the period mentioned below :- 1 1/5th of Officiating Pay From 22.06.2011 to 19.09.2011 2 1/10th of Officiating Pay From 20.09.2011 to 30.11.2011 for 72 days 3. The aggregate of pay and additional pay of Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash, I.A.S (2002) shall not exceed Rs.80,000/- per month. 4. This order is issued subject to issue of notification by Government of India amending Central F.R.
