Govt. lr.No.471/SC.B/A2/2011-1, Dt.17-09-2011 2. From the Deputy Registrar (CCU) NIMS, Lr.No.A2/1/105/19/IP/ GAD(SC-B)/2011, dated 18-10-2011. *** ORDER: In the letter first read above, the Director, NIMS, was requested to arrange treatment to Sri A. Narayana Reddy, father of Sri A. Chandrasekhar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer (SC) of GA(SC-F) Department on credit basis. Accordingly, Sri A. Narayana Reddy, father of Sri A. Chandrasekhar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer (SC), was admitted in the Emergency Ward of NIMS for immediate treatment of “Interior Truchatic Fracture (R) Femur”. In the reference second read above, the Deputy Registrar, NIMS, has furnished the bills for an amount of Rs.54,685/- with a request to arrange for payment towards their services rendered to the patient. 2. Government after careful examination of the above bills, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.54,685/- (Rupees Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Five only) to the Director, NIMS towards the treatment and service rendered to Sri A. Narayana Reddy father of Sri A. Chandrasekhar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer (SC). 3. The amount of the expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “2052 – Secretariat General Services, M.H.090- Secretariat – S.H (04)- General Administration Department, 010 - Salaries 017 _ Medical Reimbursement / Advances. 4. The GA(Claims-A) Dept shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (2) above and obtain a cheque in favour of the Director, NIMS, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per orders in force.
