G.O.Rt.No.723, GA (OP.IV) Dept., Dt:18-2-2011. --ooOoo-- ORDER: In the G.O. 4thread above, orders were issued extending the services of (1) Senior Steno, (5) Junior Stenos, (2) Telephone Operators, (1) TCA and (1) Record Assistant appointed on outsourcing basis in General Administration Department, for a period of one year from 15.2.2011 to 14.2.2012. 2. The term of (1) Senior Steno, (5) Junior Stenos, (2) Telephone Operators, (1) TCA and (1) Record Assistant continued on outsourcing basis vide G.O. 4th read above expired on 14-2-2012. 3. After careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of exigency of work in the Department, Government have decided to extend the services of (1) Senior Steno, (5) Junior Stenos, (2) Telephone Operators, (1) TCA and (1) Record Assistant engaged on outsourcing basis for a further period of one year from 15.2.2012 to 14.2.2013. 4. In terms of the orders issued in the G.O.3rd read above, the remunerations to the outsourcing personnel are @Rs.10,900/- per month to Senior Steno, @ Rs.8,400/- per month to Junior Steno, Telephone Operator, Typist-cum-Assistant and @ Rs.7,700/- per month to Record Assistant. 5. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 Secretariat – (040) – General Administration Department – 300 – Other contractual services”. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the instructions in the Circular memo, 2 read above. nd 7.
