Sekhar Babu, IAS (1990), whose normal date of superannuation is 30.04.2012 A.N., has requested the Government to permit him to retire from the I.A.S. voluntarily with effect from 29.02.2012 AN duly waiving three months notice period as provided under the All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958. The State Government hereby agree to the request of the Member of Service and permit him to retire from service voluntarily with effect from 29.02.2012 A.N, under All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958 duly waiving three months notice as per the delegation of powers issued vide Gazette Notification dated:15.12.2004 of Government of India, amending the AIS(DCRB) Rules in regard to Rule 16(2) of the said Rules. 2.
