ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight
Hundred Only) to Copy Care Solutions, Shamshiguda, Opp:JNTU, Kukatpally,
Hyderabad towards the cost of the Service Charges for Ricoh DSM615 Xerox Machine
for the use of Backward Classes Welfare Department.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251-Secretariat
Social Services, 090-Secretariat, SH (17)- B.C. Welfare Department, 130-Office
Expenses, 132-Other Office Expenses.
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw the bill and
issue a account payee cheque for Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only) in favour of
Copy Care Solutions, # 2-1-SP/7, Sai Prashanth Nagar, Near Shamshiguda Bridge,
Shamshiguda, Opp:JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, for settlement of the bill A/c
No.171411100000052, Andhra Bank, Pragathinagar Branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
rules and orders in force on the subject.
