O R D E R :
In the reference 2nd read above, Government had engaged the services
of Shri Satyanarayana Prasad, Senior Advocate, and Smt. C.K..Sucharita,
Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi to take up the SLP filed
in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of the A.P. Commission for
Backward Classes, Hyderabad Vs Shri T.Muralidhar Rao and Others against the
judgment of the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, in SLP.(C) No.14701 -
14709 of 2010, duly accepting the following terms and conditions offered by Shri
Satyanarayana Prasad, Senior Advocate, and Smt. C.K..Sucharita, Advocate-on-
Record, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi;
(a) Fee for setting each SLPs in the Supreme Court Rs. 1,50,000/-
(b) Clerkage …Rs. 15,000/-(10%)
(c) Fee per each appearance in the Supreme Court
for final hearing …Rs. 2,00,000/-
(d) Clerkage 10% on (a) to (c) Rs. 20,000/-(10%)::2::
2. In the reference 7th read above, Smt. C.K.Sucharita, Advocate-on-
Record, New Delhi has furnished the following Memo of Fees herself along with
Shri S.Satyanarayana Prasad, Senior Advocate and requested the Government
to sanction the following amount and send at the earliest.

3. In the reference 4th read above, Government have provided Budget
Provision of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) for the current financial
year 2011-2012, towards payment of legal fee under the following Head of
Account:

4. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction
for an amount of Rs.17,05,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Five Thousand Only)
to Shri S.Satyanarayana Prasad, Senior Advocate and Rs.5,16,600/- (Rupees
Five Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Only) to Smt C.K.Sucharita, Advocate-
on-Record, New Delhi for having taken up the case in SLP(C) No.14701-14709 of
2010 filed by the A.P. Commission for B.Cs., Hyderabad, challenging the orders of
Hon’ble High Court of A.P., Hyderabad, New Delhi for 4% reservation provided to
the socially and educationally Backward groups among Muslims of A.P. quashing
the orders issued by the Government of A.P.
5. The expenditure sanctioned in para (4) above shall be met from the
following Head of Account:-

6. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, (Assistant Secretary to Government,
Backward Classes Welfare Department) shall draw and disburse Rs.15,29,385/-
(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand Three hundred and Eighty Five
Only) after deducting @10.3% of Income Tax, which works out to Rs.1,75,615/-
(Rupees One lakh Seventy Five Thousand Six Hundred and Fifteen only) in
favour of Shri Satyanarayana Prasad, Senior Advocate and for an amount of
Rs.4,63,390/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Three Thousand Three Hundred and
Ninety Only) after deducting @10.3% of Income Tax, which works out to
Rs.53,210/-(Rupees Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred and Ten only) in favour
of Smt. C.K.Sucharita, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi
as tax deduction at source under section 194 J of Income Tax Act, 1961, by way
of Account Payee Cheque, duly obtaining the advance stamped receipt from
them.
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.SW) Department,
vide their U.O.No.1293/64/A2/ESW/2012, Dated:24.02.2012.
