TELEPHONES – Backward Classes Welfare Department – Payment of Rental and Call
charges of Telephone No.23452025 installed in the Chambers of Principal Secretary to
Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department for Rs.1,299/- ( Rupees One
Thousand and Two Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) for 2 months from the date of
01-01-2012 to 29-02-2012- Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

ORDER :-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,299/- ( Rupees One
Thousand and Two Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) towards rental and call charges of
Telephone No.040-23452025 installed in the chambers of Principal Secretary to
Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, for the period of 2 months i.e.
01-01-2012 to 29-02-2012 to A.O. (cash), BSNL, PGMTD, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of
account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat, SH (17) B.C. Welfare
Department 130-Office Expenses 131-Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone
charges (Telephone charges).
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department shall issue an Account Payee
Cheque in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, PGMTD, Hyderabad for
settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, under the
rules inforce.
