Cell Phones - Backward Classes Welfare Department – Payment of an amount of
Rs.1,163/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Three Only) towards
Rental and Call Charges in respect of 3G SIM No.9491199823 attached to the
Computer used in the chambers of the Principal Secretary to Government, Backward
Classes Welfare Department for official purpose for period from 01-02-2012 to
29-02-2012 - Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

ORDER :-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,163/- (Rupees One
Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Three Only) to Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL
towards Rental Charges for the period from 01-02-2012 to 29-02-2012 in respect of
3G SIM No.9491199823 used in the Computer of the Principal Secretary to
Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, for official purpose.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat SH (17) - Backward
Classes Welfare Department 130 - Office Expenses 131- Utility Payments (Telephone
Charges)”.
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (claims) Department shall issue an Account
Payee Cheque in favour of AO, Cash (CMTs), BSNL, Hyderabad for settlement of the
bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, under the
rules in force.
