(AP: 2001), Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar – Letter dated 13-02-2012. -o0o- ORDER: Under A.I.S.(Leave) Rules, 1955, Smt.Smita Sabharwal, I.A.S. (AP: 2001), Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar is granted Ex-India Earned Leave for (12) days from 27-03-2012 to 07-04-2012 (both days inclusive) with a permission to leave the headquarters to go to Australia to accompany her husband Dr.Akun Sabharwal, I.P.S, who is undergoing Phase III Mid career training programme for Indian Police Service Officers from 14-02-2012 onwards. As part of two weeks abroad training at Charles Strut University, Australia from 27-03-2012 onwards on private affairs. The Member of Service is having 128 days of Earned Leave at her credit after deducting the leave now sanctioned. 2. Under F.R.26 (b) (ii) it is hereby certified that Smt.Smita Sabharwal, I.A.S. (AP: 2001) would have continued in the Junior Administrative Grade time Scale of pay of I.A.S. but for her going on leave. 3. The Member of Service shall not accept any hospitality from a foreign Government / private body other than a close relative during the above leave period. 4. The Joint Collector, Karimnagar is placed additional charge of the post of the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar during the above leave period of Smt.Smita Sabharwal, I.A.S. (AP: 2001). 5.
