(IAS) GAD application dt:24.1.2012. *** O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st & 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.3,025/- (Rupees three thousand and twenty five only) to Sri J.C.Sharma, IAS, Prl. Secy. to Govt. (Accom.), General Administration Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his treatment for “ General treatment” as outpatient at NIMS Hospital, Panjagutta, Hyderabad during the period from 18.4.2011 to 23.1.2012. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the M.O.S. The amount of Rs.3,025/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re- imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the M.O.S. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department. 5.
