The expenditure towards supply of Government Service Stamps shall be debited to the Head of Account “2013 – Council of Ministers – MH 800 Other expenditure – SH(04) Other expenditure – 130 Office Expenses – 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”. 3. The General Administration (OP.VI) Department are requested to draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para(1) to Senior Postmaster, Khairatabad Head Post Office, Hyderabad A/c No.10100291762, State Bank of India, Bazarghat, Hyderabad, IFSE Code No.SBIN0000005893, MICR Code No.500002010. 4.
