ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.3,999/- (Rupees
Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) to M/s Bigbee Telecom,
Hyderabad towards installation of 1+1 system telephone in the Office Chambers of
Joint Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department at A- Block, Ground
Floor, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052 Secretariat General Services –
MH.090 Secretariat – SH.04 General Administration Department – 130 Office
Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses”.
3. The General Administration (OP.VI/Tel.Expr) Department is requested to credit
the amount in the individual Bank Account No.52082288858, State Bank of
Hyderabad, IFSC CODE. SBHY0020432. MC Tankbund, Hydrabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
orders in force.
