O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 49 of the F.Rs., readwith Rule 10(b)
of I.A.S. (Pay) Rules, 2007, for payment of additional pay calculated at 1/5th of his
officiating pay to Dr.P.V.Ramesh, I.A.S. (AP:85), for having held full additional
charge of the post of Special Chief Secretary to Government, Health, Medical and
Family Welfare Deprtement in addition to his regular post of Principal Secretary to
Government, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh
Secretariat, Hyderabad during the period mentioned below:-
1 1/5th of officiating pay during the period from 01-01-2011 to 31.3.2011
3 1/10th of officiating pay during the period from 01-04-2011 to 16-06-2011
2. The aggregate of pay and additional pay of Dr.P.V.Ramesh, I.A.S. (AP:85)
shall not exceed Rs.80,000/- per month.
3. This order is issued subject to issue of notification by Government of India
amending Central F.R.
