Cell Phones - Backward Classes Welfare Department – Payment of an amount of
Rs.2,420/- (Rupees Two Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Only) towards Rental
and Call charges in respect of Mobile Cell Phone No. 9490619999 used by the
Principal Secretary to Government from 01-02-2012 to 29-02-2012 - Sanctioned –
Orders – Issued.

ORDER :-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.2,420/- (Rupees Two Thousand
Four Hundred and Twenty Only) to Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL towards rental and
call charges for the period from 01-02-2012 to 29-02-2012 in respect of Mobile Cell
Phone No.9490619999 used by the Principal Secretary to Government, Backward
Classes Welfare Department, for the official purpose.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of
account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat SH (17) - Backward Classes
Welfare Department 130 - Office Expenses 131- Utility Payments (Telephone
Charges)”.
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (claims) Department shall issue an Account
Payee Cheque in favour of AO, Cash (CMTs), BSNL, Hyderabad for settlement of the
bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, under the
rules in force.
