Backward Classes Welfare Department – Telephones - Payment of an amount of
Rs.1,421/- (Rupees One Thousand Four hundred and Twenty One Only) towards
Rental and Call charges of Telephone No.040-23418999 installed in the Residence of
the Principal Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department for the
period of 01-02-2012 to 29-02-2012- Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

ORDER :-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,421/- (Rupees One Thousand
Four hundred and Twenty One Only) towards rental and call charges of Telephone No.
040-23418999 (ISDN connection) installed in the residence of the Principal Secretary
to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, for the period of 01-02-2012
to 29-02-2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of
account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat, SH (17) Backward
Classes Welfare Department 130-Office Expenses 131-Service Postage, Telegram
and Telephone charges (Telephone charges).
3. The Backward Classes Welfare (claims) Department shall issue an Account
Payee Cheque in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, PGMTD Hyderabad for
settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, under the
rules in force.
