From the Govt.Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyd., Rc.No.123/CDS/Hyd./2012, dated 31.1.2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to M/s Global Hospitals, , Hyderabad towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for “Master Health Checkup” extended to Sri N.Raja Reddy, Assistant Secretary to Government, General Administration on credit basis on 21.11.2011 as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad in the reference 6th read above. The vouchers have been submitted by the Hospital. The amount of Rs.3000/- now sanctioned has not been drawn and paid earlier to the M/s Global Hospitals. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to M/s Global Hospitals, Hyderabad. The A/c No.043702000005287, Indian Overseas Bank, Lakadikapool, Hyderabad with IFSC Code IOBA0000437. 4. Copy of this order is available on Internet and can be accessed at address http://www.ap.gov.in/goir. 5. The order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
