From the Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission, Letter No. 991/ADC/CT/2011, Dt: 20.08.2011 2. G.O.Rt.No.3570, Finance (BG.III) Department, dt: 13.09.2011. ***** ORDER: In the letter first read above, the Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission has stated that the Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishers are existing from ground floor to 4th floor, but the same has not been provided to the newly constructed 5th floor. The 5th floor is in fully official use by the Commission and various official records have been kept in the same floor without Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishes. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Erramanzil, A.P., Hyderabad has estimated the cost of Rs. 6,80,000/- (Rupees six lakhs eighty thousand only) for providing Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguishers in the 5th floor of Commission’s Building. There is no specific budget allocation for the above said estimation, under any head of account, The Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission has therefore requested for sanction of additional budget of Rs. 6,80,000/- under the Head of Account 130 – Office Expenses, 132 – Other Office Expenses to this purpose. 2. In the G.O 2nd read above, a budget provision of Rs.40.02 Lakhs was provided under the sub-detailed head 130/132 after re-appropriation. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.6,80,000/-(Rupees six lakhs eighty thousand only) to meet the expenditure from the available budget under the Sub detailed head 130/132 – Office Expenses, Other Office Expenses for providing Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishers in 5th floor of A.P.Public Service Commission Building. 4. The Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission shall take necessary further action in the matter, duly following all Treasury and Finance rules, in force. 5.
