Ms. No. 447, G.A.(SC.X) Deptt., Dtd. 11.07.2008. 3. From the Dist. Collector, Khammam letter Rc.No.B2/353/2011, Dtd.14.02.2011. 4. Memo No. 102/SC.X/A1/2010-3, Dtd.21.07.2011. 5. From the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad L.Dis. No. 35683(1)/MA-B/2011, Dtd. 09.08.2011. **** ORDER: The Dist. Collector, Khammam has furnished the medical bills in respect of Smt. Pausumi Basu, IAS, formerly Sub-Collector, Palvancha presently working as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Kakinada for Rs.1,49,415/- towards treatment obtained for herself and new born baby for “Delivery (LSCS), Primi at Term with CPD etc.” during the period from 11.10.2010 to 17.12.2010, at Wood Land Medical Centre Ltd., Kolkata, West Bengal and requested to sanction the amount in relaxation of rules, as the treatment obtained at an unrecognized Hospital. 2. The Director of Medical Education, A.P. Hyderabad has scrutinized the medical bills and indicated that the gross admissible amount is Rs. 90,518/- and net admissible amount is Rs. 22,858/- as per the ceiling limit prescribed in package rates, subject to relaxation from the Govt., since treatment obtained at un-recognized private hospital out side the State. 3. After careful examination, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of admissible amount of Rs. 90,518/- (Rupees Ninety Thousands Five Hundred and Eighteen only) to Smt. Pausumi Basu, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Kakinada towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for the treatment obtained for herself and new born baby for “Delivery (LSCS), Primi at Term with CPD etc.” during the period from 11.10.2010 to 17.12.2010 at Wood Land Medical Centre Ltd., Kolkata, West Bengal which is un-recognized private Hospital, duly relaxing rule (7) and by invoking provisions under rule 14(ii) of the All India Services (Medical Attendance ) Rules, 1954 and in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1 – 2 cited. 4. The D.D.O., O/o the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Kakinada shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para three above, to Smt. Pausumi Basu, IAS, duly debiting the expenditure to the head of account from which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are drawn. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their Fin. U.O.No4333/97/A2/EM&H1/12, Dtd. 23.02.2012.
