O R D E R:
Post-facto sanction is hereby accorded to Sri Bhanwar Lal, Chief Electoral
Officer & Principal Secretary to Government, General Administration (Elections)
Department proceeded on tour to Kovur, Nellore District on 31.01.2012 by
road and held meeting with District Collector & District Election Officer, Nellore
in connection with the ensuing bye-election for Kovur Assembly Constituency and
proceeded to Tirupathi and returned back to Hyderabad by Air. He is entitled
to draw T.A. and D.A. as per rules in force.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H.102 Electoral
Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office – 110 Domestic Travel Expenses – 111
Travelling Allowance”.
3. The above officer is requested to settle the claim by submitting a detailed
T.A. Bill within the prescribed time limit.
4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw
and disburse the amount to the above officer by crediting to A/c No.SB
52088433254, SBH, Secretariat Branch.(IFSC Code SBHY0020077 , MICR Code
500004056).
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under
the rules in force.
