Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department and the Chairman, A.P. Ware Housing Corporation and Sri K.Pradeep Chandra, I.A.S., Managing Director Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation, Hyderabad to attend the convention of International Federation of Warehousing Logistics Association(IFWLA), 2012 to visit Rome, Italy from 13.5.2012 to 16.5.2012. 2. The period of absence of the above Members of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which the Officers will draw their grade pay and allowances which they would have drawn but for their visit to Rome. Italy. The above Members of Service are requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dated 31-08-2000 for drawal of T.A. & D.A. read with Circular Memo No.32876-B/149/A2/2002, dated 06-11-2002. 3. The Officers permitted shall submit a report on their above visit to the General Administration (Spl.D) Department. 4. The expenditure viz., Cost of travel, accommodation and other incidental costs on the tour of the Officers will be borne from the internal funds of the Corporation. 5. Sri C.V.S.K.Sarma, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation may be requested to look after the duties of Principal Secretary (AM&C) during the period of the visit. The Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department shall make necessary arrangements for the post of Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State ware Housing Corporation during the above visit of the Officer form 13.5.2012 to 16.5.2012. 6.
