Read the following:- 1) From the Principal Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, Letter No.252/FC/2011-H, dated 6th May, 2011 and 02.09.2011. 2) G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM-I) Department, dated 15.10.2011. 3) Letter No.801/Poll.A(3)/20114, dt.24.11.2011. 4) From the Principal Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, Lr.No.737/T/2010-H, dt.05.12.2011. 5) G.O.Rt.No.570, Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department, dated 21.02.2012. --: o :-- ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Principal Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, in the letters 1st and 4th read above, and in relaxation of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction to incur an amount of not exceeding Rs.4.00 lakhs (Rupees four lakhs only) towards purchase of two new vehicles (one Hero Honda Passion Pro and one Mahindra Mini Van) in place of two old vehicles (one three-wheeler and one LML Vespa) of Raj Bhavan, which have outlived its utility. 2) The expenditure, sanctioned in para (1) above, shall be debited to “2012 Governor – 03 Governor – M.H. 090 –Secretariat – SH (04) – Secretariat (Charged) – 510/512 - Purchase of Motor Vehicles ” and shall be met from the additional funds released by the Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department, in relaxation of treasury control orders and economy measure orders, pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grant during 2011-12, in the G.O. 5th read above. 3) The Principal Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, shall submit the proposals for obtaining Supplementary Grant during 2011-12 for the above expenditure and also surrender the two old vehicles (one three-wheeler and one LML Vespa) of Raj Bhavan to the PWD authorities at the earliest, duly following the procedure. 4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide their U.O.No.2901/60/Expr.GAD.I/12, dt.22.02.2012.
