Srinivas, P.S. to Secretary to Government, G.A.D. towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for treatment for self for “Hypertension” during the period from 25-7-2011 to 9-2-2012 at Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052 - Secretariat General Services - MH 090 Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department - (010) Salaries – 017 Medical Reimbursement”. 3. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 4. The General Administration(Claims.A)Department shall draw and disburse the amount to Sri N. Srinivas, P.S. to Secretary to Government, General Administration Department. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department. 6.
