Ltd., Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad in the reference 5 read above. The Essentiality Certificates and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052 - Secretariat General Services - MH 090 Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department - (010) Salaries – 017 Medical Reimbursement”. 3. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 4. The General Administration(Claims.A)Department shall draw and disburse the amount to Sri Syed Shamsuddin, Assistant(D.R&T), General Administration Department. 5.
