G.O.Rt.No.5803, General Administration ( SC.IFS) Dept., dt.27.12.2011. -o0o- In the reference 3rd read above, Government have already accorded permission to the following (5) IFS Officers to attend the Professional Skills Up-gradation Programme for the promotee IFS Officers to be organized by the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun from 26.12.2011 to 02.03.2012, stating that sanctioning orders of payment of course fee will be issued separately: 1. Sri M.A.Waheed, IFS(1999), Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad. 2. Sri B.Srinivas, IFS (2002), Executive Director, A.P.Tourism Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad. 3. Sri P.S.Srinivasa Sastry, IFS(2002), State Silviculturist, Tirupathi. 4. Dr.P.Subba Raghavaiah, IFS (2003), Divisional Forest Officer, Kakinada. 5. Sri C.P.Vinod Kumar, IFS (2003), Divisional Forest Officer, Nirmal. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees Five lakhs only) towards course fee which includes training costs, tours,boarding and lodging expenses etc. , @ Rs.1,00,000/- per each officer (excluding TA&DA) for making payment to the Director, Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun, through Bank Draft. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above is debitable to the following head of account: “2406-Forestry & Wildlife 01-Forestry 001- Direction and Administration (01) – Head Quarter office 010 – Salaries 4. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad, shall draw the said amount and remit the course fee by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Director, Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun, at the appropriation time, under intimation to the Government.-2- 5.
