The State Government hereby agree to the request of the Member of Service and permit him to retire from service voluntarily with immediate effect, under All India Services (Death- cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958, duly waiving three months notice as per the delegation of powers issued vide Gazette Notification dated:15.12.2004 of Government of India, amending the AIS(DCRB) Rules in regard to Rule 16(2) of the said Rules. 2.
