GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT ALL INDIA SERVICES (DCRB) RULES, 1958 – Sri M.Ratan, IPS (RR:1978), Director General (V&E), & Ex.Officio Principal Secretary to Govt., General Administration (Vigilance & Enforcement) Department – Voluntary Retirement from Service with immediate effect – Notified. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SC.C) DEPARTMENT G.O.RT.NO: 852 DATED:27.02.2012 Read: From Sri M.Ratan, IPS (RR:1978), Director General (V&E), & Ex.Officio Principal Secretary to Govt., General Administration (Vigilance & Enforcement) Department, letter dated. 13.02.2012 ****** ORDER: In his letter read above, Sri M.Ratan, IPS (RR:1978), Director General (V&E), & Ex.Officio Principal Secretary to Govt., General Administration (Vigilance & Enforcement) Department, whose normal date of superannuation is 30.04.2012 A.N., has requested the Government to permit him to retire from the Indian Police Service voluntarily duly waiving three months notice period as provided under the All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958. The State Government hereby agree to the request of the Member of Service and permit him to retire from service voluntarily with immediate effect, under All India Services (Death- cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958, duly waiving three months notice as per the delegation of powers issued vide Gazette Notification dated:15.12.2004 of Government of India, amending the AIS(DCRB) Rules in regard to Rule 16(2) of the said Rules. 2. The following notification shall, accordingly, be published in the extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette: NOTIFICATION Under sub-rule (2) of Rule 16 of All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958 read with Rule 3 of AIS (CSRM) Rules, 1960, Government hereby notify the voluntary retirement of Sri M.Ratan, IPS (RR:1978), from the Indian Police Service with immediate effect.
