O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.42,125/-
(Rupees Forty two thousand one hundred and twenty five only) to M/s. Laxmi
Enterprises Hyderabad towards the purchase of one HP Lazerjet Colour Printer 2525,
Two 500 GB Hard Disk (Seagate) and other computer stationery items for use in the
General Administration (Elections) Department in connection of bye-elections to 7
Assembly Constituencies in 5 districts to be held on 18.03.2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections –
M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Head Quarter Office – 130 Office Expenses – 132
Other Office Expenses” under B.E 2011-12.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to prepare a
bill, obtain a cheque in favour of M/s.Laxmi Enterprises, Hyderabad and credit in A/c
No.62047438347- B.BHULAKSHMI (IFSC Code SBHY0020564, MIRC Code
500004063)
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under
the orders in force.
