Read the following:- 1.The DG, ACB Lr.No.1/B3/2011-12, dt.6.1.2012. 2.G.O.Rt.No.623, Fin (Expr.GAD.I) Deptt., dt.24.2.2012. **** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, the Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad, has requested to provide an additional amount of Rs.24.68 Lakhs so as to pay the remuneration to the contract employees in the current financial year 2011-2012. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department have issued the Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.24.68 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty four Lakhs and sixty eight thousand only) under Non Plan for the purpose of remuneration to the contract employees for three months fifteen days, in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grant during 2011-12, under the following Head of Account: (Rupees in Thousands) Sl. In pursuance of the orders issued by Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department in G.O. 2nd read above, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau for an amount of Rs.24.68 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty four Lakhs and sixty eight thousand only) as additional budget towards remuneration to contract employees under Non-Plan in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control Orders, pending provision of funds by obtaining the supplementary grant during the current financial year 2011-12. 4. The Expenditure sanctioned for an amount of Rs.24.68 Lakhs in para (3) above, shall be debited to 2052- Secretariat General Services – M.H.092 Other Offices SH (04) ACB Hqrs.
