O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.11,225/-(Rupees Eleven
thousand two hundred and twenty five only)to M/s. Laxmi Enterpirses, Hyderabad
towards the cost of the following Stationery items for use in the General Administration
(Elections) Department:
1. Nestle Milk Powder 24 Packets (500 gm) Nos.
2. Nestle Sunrise Coffee Powder 6 packets (125 gm)
3. Paper tea cups 10 Nos.(100 pkt each)
4. Water Bottles 6 Nos.
5. Add jel Refils 3 packs 3 Dozen
6. A3 Cloth Covers 100 Nos.
7. Dettol Hand wash 3 Nos.
8. Colin Hand Wash 3 Nos.
9. Tappal Pads 3 Nos.
10 Nameboards (Jt.CEO) 1 No.
11. Stock Registers 2 Nos
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections –
M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Head Quarter Office – 130 Office Expenses – 132
Other Office Expenses” under B.E 2011-12.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to prepare a
bill, obtain a cheque in favour of M/s.Laxmi Enterprises, Hyderabad and credit in A/c
No.62047438347- B.BHULAKSHMI (IFSC Code SBHY0020564, MIRC Code
500004063)
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under
the orders in force.
