Lr.No.PAO/PAG.I/U.III/2011- 12/4207, dt.16.02.2012 * * * * * ORDER: Under rule 20-A of the All India Services (Leave) Rules, 1955, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of cash value of 293 (two hundred and ninety three only) days of Earned Leave and 7 (seven) days of H.P.L i.e. shortfall of 300 days maximum of eligible leave for encashment to Dr. Premchand, IAS (84) who is retiring from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 29.02.2012. 2. The Pay and Accounts officer, Hyderabad shall verify the record of the Member of Service and issue necessary authorization to the Drawing & Disbursing officer, Industries and Commerce (O.P-Claims) Department for drawal of the amount sanctioned in para-1 above and paid to the officer after 1.3.2012. 3. The Drawing & Disbursing officer, Industries and Commerce (O.P-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the Member of Service by way of cheque under proper acknowledgement.
