From the Deputy Registrar (CCU), Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Lr.No.A2/21/102/19/IP/GAD (POLL)/2012, Dated:15.01.2012. & & & ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, the Deputy Registrar (CCU), while furnishing medical bills in respect of Dr.P.Shanker Rao, the then Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, now former Minister has requested to pay an amount of Rs.33,038/- for HEAD N CHEST INJURY treatment provided to him by Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, during the period from 20-12-2011 to 23-12-2011. He has also scrutinized the medical bills in terms of the orders issued in G.O’s 1st and 2nd read above and furnished the Essentiality Certificate, Discharge Summery, Scrutiny Report, Emergency Admission Certificate for settlement of the above claim. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.33,038/- (Rupees Thirty Three Thousand and Thirty Eight only) to Dr.P.Shanker Rao, the then Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, now former Minister towards the treatment provided to him for HEAD N CHEST INJURY during the period from 20-12-2011 to 23-12-2011 at NIMS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para two above shall be debited to “M.H.2013 – Council of Ministers – 101 – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – (04) – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – 010 – Salaries – 016 – Medical Reimbursement / Advances”. 4. The Industries & Commerce Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para two above and disburse the same to the Director, NIMS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad by way of a Cheque. 5.
