Chief Electoral Officer & Addl. Secretary to Government, (2) Joint Collector, Hyderabad District (3) Deputy Director, Prasar Bharati Doordarshan Kendra, Hyderabad and (4) Director, Press Information Bureau, Hyderabad to deal with the applications of political parties, organization, associations etc., relating to Telecast advertisements through Television Channels, Cable Networks and Advertisements to broadcast on Radio including F.M. Radios by all Registered Political parties having their headquarters in Andhra Pradesh for Bye-Elections, to 38-Kadapa Parliamentary Constituency and 248- Pulivendla Assembly Constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh, which remains in force till further modification or orders. 2. In the reference 2nd , 3rd and 5th read above, the ECI., has issued detailed guidelines on measures to check “Paid News” during election that is advertising in the garb of news in media and instructed to constitute Committee at district level for scrutiny of “Paid News” etc., and also instructed to constitute State level Committee on Media Certification & Monitoring Committee (MCMC) to dispose of the cases related to appeals against orders of District Level MCMC on “Paid News”, thereby, instructed to include one officer from the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. 3.
