AIS - Permissions – Post-facto permission to Sri V.Seshadri, IAS, Collector and District
Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District to leave the headquarters on 24-02-2012 to address the
Officer Trainees of the IAS Professional Course Phase-I at LBSNAA on “Handling Court
Work and Litigation” on 25-02-2012 (two sessions) - Orders – Issued.

Read the following:
1. From the Deputy Director (Sr.) and Course Coordinator, IAS Professional
Course Phase-I (2011 Batch), letter D.O.No:T-12/1/2012/Trg.II,
dt:03-02-2012.
2. From the Collector and District Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, Letter
No:Collr./Peshi/2012, dt:13-02-2012.

ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Deputy Director (Sr.) and Course Co-
ordinator, Lal Bahadur Shastry National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie,
Uttarakhand has requested to accord necessary permission to Sri V.Seshadri, IAS,
Collector and District Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District to address the Officer Trainees
on the topic Handling Court Work and Litigation on 25th February, 2012 (two
Sessions) at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. In the reference second read above, the Member of
Service has also requested to accord permission to attend the said programme.
2. Accordingly, under Rule 47 (3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, 1996, post-facto permission is
hereby accorded to Sri V.Seshadri, IAS, Collector and District Magistrate, Ranga Reddy
District to leave the headquarters on 24-02-2012 to address the Officer Trainees of IAS
Professional Course Phase-I at LBSNAA on “Handling Court Work and Litigation” on
25-02-2012 (two sessions).
3, The expenditure towards the said tour programme shall be borne by the
Academy.
4. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
