The period of absence of the Members of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which, the officers will draw their grade pay and allowances which they would have drawn but for their visit to Khatmandu, Nepal on the occasion of Srivari Kalyanotsavam on 25th February 2012 at Khatmandu, Nepal. The Members of Service are requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Fin & Plg., dated: 31.8.2000, for drawal of T.A & D.A. 3. The entire expenditure on account of the tour will be borne by the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams, Tirupati. 4.
