G.O.Ms.No:74 HM&FW(K1) Department dated:15.03.2005. 2. From Sri J.C.Sharma, IAS, Prl. Secy. to Govt. (Accom.), General Administration Department application., dt:13.1.2012. 3. Govt.Memo.No.3606/OP-I/2012-1, G.A.(OP-I)Deptt., dated:11.1.2012 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr.RC.No.267/CDS/2012, dt.31..2012. *** O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.1,057/- (Rupees One thousand and fifty seven only) to Sri J.C.Sharma, IAS, Prl. Secy. to Govt. (Accom), General Administration Department towards reimbursement of medical expensed incurred for the treatment of his wife for “ENT Problem” as outpatient at Maa ENT Institute, Rajbhavan Road, Hyderabad during the period from 24.8.2011 to 8.9.2011 as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat, Hyderabad in the reference 4th read above. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the M.O.S. The amount of Rs.1,057/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re- imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above M.O.S. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department. 5. Copy of this order is available on Internet and can be accessed at address http://www.ap.gov.in/goir.
