Pleader for G.A.D, High Court of A.P, Hyderabad towards fees and legal expenses for filing the caveat petitions (12 Nos.) before the Hon’ble High Court on behalf of Government and Estate Officer, Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Khairatabad, Hyderabad against challenging the G.O. 1st read above and the vacation notices issued by the Estate Officer, Hyderabad to the (11) retired employees of Madannapet Colony who are in occupation of the Govt Quarters. 2. The General Administration (Claims-C) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above by way of Cheque to Sri V.Ch.Naidu, Govt. Pleader for G.A.D, High Court of A.P, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under orders and Rules in force.
