As per Rule 49 F.R. an officer is eligible for sanction of Additional Pay not more than six months in a continuous period of post held in addition to his regular post. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 49 of the F.Rs., read with Rule 10(b) of I.A.S. (Pay) Rules, 2007, for payment of additional pay calculated at 1/5th and 1/10th of his officiating pay to Smt.B.Udayalaxmi, I.A.S (AP: 1993), Commissioner of Social Welfare, for having held full additional charge of the post of Managing Director, A.P Scheduled Caste Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad in addition to her regular post of Commissioner of Social Welfare during the period mentioned below :- 1 1/5th of Officiating Pay From 16.07.2011 to 15.10.2011 2 1/10th of Officiating Pay From 16.10.2011 to 15.01.2012 3. The aggregate of pay and additional pay of Smt.B.Udayalaxmi, I.A.S (AP: 1993)) shall not exceed Rs.80,000/- per month. 4.
