The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which the officer will draw his grade pay and allowances which he would have drawn but for his visit to Nagoya, Japan. The above Member of Service is requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dated 31,8,2000, for drawal of Traveling Allowance and Dearness Allowance read with Circular Memo.No.32876-B/149/A2/2002, dated 06-11-2002. 3. The Officer permitted shall submit a report on his above visit to the General Administration (Spl.D) Department. 4. The expenditure Viz., Cost of travel, accommodation will be borne by the City of Nagoya and the expenditure on other admissible requirements of the Officer will be borne by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. 5. Sri K.D.R.Jayakumar, IFS., Special Secretary to Government, Environment Forests Science and Technology may be requested to look after the duties of Special Chief Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science and Technology during the period of the visit. 6.
