Instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer, A.P., Hyderabad during the video conference held on 06-07-2011. 2. Finance Dept. Memo No.9535/879/A1/BG-I/2011, Finance (BG-I) Department, dt.14-10-2011. 3. G.O.Rt.No.3835, Fin. (Expr.GAD-I) Dept., dt: 19-10-2011 4. From Collector & DEO., Anantapur Lr.Rc.No.H1/5873/2009, dt:31-12-2011. --:o0o:-- O R D E R: In the letter 4th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur has stated that pursuant to the instructions issued in the reference 1st cited, an amount of Rs.2,03,500/- was incurred towards labour charges to Hamalies, refreshment / Meals charges and rental charges of Shamiyanas for Physical Verification of Electronic Voting Machines (Ballot Units-3443 & 5454 Control Units) and bar code reading in EVM Tracking Software and requested to release the amount for clearing the pending bills. 2. Government, after examination, hereby accord sanction for release of an amount of Rs.2,03,500/- (Rupees Two lakh three thousand and five hundred only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur towards payment of labour charges to hamalies, refreshment / meals charges and rental charges of shamiyanas incurred for Physical Verification of Electronic Voting Machines (Ballot Units-3443 & 5454 Control Units) and bar code reading in EVM Tracking Software. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H. 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – S.H (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 130 Office Expenses / 132 Other Office Expenses” and shall be met from the additional funds provided vide G.O. 3rd read above. (Contd..2…)-2- 4. The Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur is requested to regulate the expenditure to the extent of funds now allotted. 5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purposes for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 6. The District Treasury Officer, Anantapur is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now sanctioned and released in relaxation of Freezing orders in the reference 5th read above. 7. This order doses not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I) Department.
