ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DAIRY DEVELOPMENT & FISHERIES (FISH.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 92. Dated.25-02-2012. Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.316, Food & Agriculture (Fish.I) Department, dated.09.04.1991. 2. From the Commissioner of Fisheries, Hyderabad Letter No.8783/A1/2011, dated.24.11.2011. ORDER: The Commissioner of Fisheries, Hyderabad in his letter second read above, has submitted the proposals for filling up of posts of Joint Directors of Fisheries in the category (3) of Class (I) of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Service Rules, by promotion of eligible and suitable Deputy Directors of Fisheries during the panel year 2011-12. He has requested the Government to relax the rule in favour of Deputy Directors of Fisheries who have not completed the minimum qualifying service of three years as per Rule 6 of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.316, Food & Agriculture (Fish.I) Department, dated.9.4.1991 for promotion as Joint Director of Fisheries from Deputy Director of Fisheries. 2. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby relax Rule 6 of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Service Rules 1991 issued in the reference first read above, relating to 3 years of minimum service in favour of the following Deputy Directors of Fisheries to qualify for promotion to the post of Joint Directors of Fisheries in the panel year 2011-12. 1. Sri C.Subrahmanyam. 2. Sri M.V.Saibaba. 3. Sri K.Sitharama Raju. 4. Sri P.Koteswara Rao.
