In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State
Human Rights Commission in his letter read above, sanction is hereby accorded
for payment of an amount of Rs.9,119/- (Rupees Nine thousand one hundred
and nineteen only) to Smt. P. Parvathi, U.D. Stenographer, Andhra Pradesh
State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of
expenditure incurred for herself for delivery at Jaiswal Multi Specialty Hospital,
Kalyan Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad for the period from 21.7.2010 to 25.7.2010
which is an un-recognized private Hospital, under emergency condition, in
relaxation of rules.
2. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “2014 – M.H.800
Other Expenditure – S.H.(15) – 017 Medical Reimbursement”.
3. The medical bills in original are returned herewith. The Secretary, Andhra
Pradesh State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad shall draw and disburse
the amount to the individual.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide
their U.O. No. 4498/99/A2/EM&HI/12, Dated 28.2.2012.
