Kishan, I.A.S. (AP:2001), Chief Executive Officer, Deccan Infrastructure & Land Holdings Ltd., Hyderabad is granted Ex-India Earned Leave for 30 days from 18.05.2012 to 16.06.2012 with permission to avail suffixing holiday on 17-6-2012 on private affairs in conjunction with short term training programme on “Certificate Programme in Public Administration” at Maxwell School University of Syracuse, United States of America from 10-01-12 to 17-015-12. The Member of Service is having 153 days of Earned Leave at his credit after deducting the leave now sanctioned. 2. Under F.R(26)(b)(ii), it is hereby certified that Sri G. Kishan, I.A.S. (AP:2001)would have continued in the Junior Administrative Grade Scale of pay of I.A.S. but for his going on leave. 3. The Member of Service is informed that, he shall not accept any hospitality from a foreign Government / private body other than a close relative during the above leave period. 4.
